NEOPAL PRIMER ECO is an ecological micronized acrylic water primer for walls, with strong adhesion and high penetrativeness. It is certified and meets the criteria of the Organization for the Award of Ecological Labels of the EU. In addition, it is slightly colored blue to make it look you’ve puffed and is perfectly covered when repainted. It is suitable for preparing new surfaces painted with plastic paints, such as plaster, concrete, bricks, spatularist walls. In addition, it strengthens and insulates porous surfaces painted with low quality old paints and ensures excellent adhesion and spreading for the final color.
